I-49 Southbound
Take Exit 85A toward Elliot St/Alexandria/Downtown/LA-1.  Continue onto service exit until Lee Street.  Take a Left onto Lee Street.  Remain on Lee Street for 8 blocks.  River Oaks is located at the end of Lee,  entrance on your right. 

I-49 Northbound
Take Exit 83, Martin Luther King Drive Exit.   At the first red light, take a Right onto Lee Street.  Remain on Lee Street for 8 blocks.  River Oaks is located at the end of Lee,  entrance on your right. 


The Arts Center occupies almost an entire block in Downtown Alexandria's Cultural Arts District.   Located at the corner of Lee Third and Lee and Second, public parking is located around the rear entrance of the Studio Annex Building (A two-story red brick building) and the front entrance of the historical Bolton Home.   The Center is comprised of two facilities,  the historic Bolton Home (c1899) and the 15,000 square foot Annex, both buildings are connected by a column walkway.  Administrative Offices are located in the Bolton Home.
